Let's Speculate on the Dozen Names Subaru Just Trademarked

This past week, as reported by AutoGuide, Subaru filed 12 new trademarks with the USPTO. Each patent was filed as an International Class 12 trademark covering “automobiles and structural parts and fittings therefor.” In layman’s terms, they’re all trademarks for vehicles. Not software, not other accessories – but a dozen theoretical, all-new Subaru machines. 

What could this mean for the Subaru fleet moving forward? At this point, all we can do is speculate. So, here at New Motors Subaru, we thought we’d do just that.

The 2025 Forester is Redesigned and Better Than Ever

Last week, Subaru unveiled the 2025 Forester, their new sixth-generation SUV. Quieter and more responsive than previous iterations, this edition of the Forester embodies the term “all-new.” The exterior frame features new sheet metal and a stiffer chassis, while the redesigned interior includes more spacious headroom than ever and is equipped with a larger infotainment system.
